These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on this Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from this Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Shipping and Delivery
When you purchase goods from this Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Digital goods are delivered instantly via email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at checkout. Please check your Spam folder, or if using Gmail, your Promotions tab.
Signed print books and merchandise are shipped from Nikki Jefford/Fabled Fiction, LLC.
Signed Books are personalized and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. Backordered books can take up to 6 weeks to ship.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient for physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Refunds
EBooks and audiobooks are instant downloads and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Signed Books are personalized and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. If you purchase one by mistake, contact the store immediately. Once a book has been personalized, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you cancel an order for unsigned books or merchandise after it has been shipped, you will be required to pay a 15% cancellation fee plus shipping and handling.
There is no return for a change of mind. Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (according to the tracking).
Limitation of Liability
Nikki Jefford/Fabled Fiction, LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
